Francis Coles
Francis Coles has over 30 years’ corporate finance experience, previously working at Quayle Munro, having been a founder shareholder and director of New Boathouse Capital. Prior to NBC, he was a director in equity capital markets at Santander Investment and prior to that was for many years at Barings, latterly running the New York corporate finance department for Latin American clients.
In recent years he has been responsible for numerous transactions and assignments, including a buy-back and financing of Brompton Bicycle; the acquisition, fundraising, capital restructuring and sale of Cath Kidston; and the reorganisation of Aedas, a major worldwide architectural practice.
He is currently a board member of AIM-listed Mirada PLC (digital media). He is a graduate of Oxford and London Universities.
