Ashcombe advises The Loan Partnership on its sale to Pivotal Growth Limited
Ashcombe is pleased to announce that it has advised The Loan Partnership (“TLP”) on its recent sale to Pivotal Growth Limited (“Pivotal”).
Founded by Andy Pelley & John Webb in 2013, TLP is one of the leading bridging & 2nd charge mortgage brokers in the UK. Pivotal Growth was established in April 2021 as a joint venture between Pollen Street Capital and LSL Plc, to develop a leading national mortgage broker powered by market leading technology, strong regulatory compliance and exemplary customer service. TLP is Pivotal’s third acquisition.
