Ashcombe advises Journey Hospitality on its acquisition of Premier Software


Ashcombe is pleased to announce that it has advised Journey Hospitality on its acquisition of Premier Software.

Founded in 2010, Journey Hospitality provides its clients with e-commerce-led software solutions and tools. Its flagship product, OneJourney®, aggregates all hotel products to create a cohesive and unified digital customer journey that enables multiple products to be booked online in a single basket.

Premier Software is the UK’s leading spa, leisure and wellness management software provider. Its flagship product, Core, delivers inventory management, scheduling, booking and reporting tools for 500 clients, including the likes of Macdonald Hotels & Resorts and The Belfry.

The acquisition adds to Journey’s existing offering of products and services for hotels and spas, including OneJourney®, Gifted and marketing / consulting. Journey will make a significant investment in Core over the next 18 months to update its technology and scale its operations. Oliver Cahill will continue to lead the business, which will be run as a separate division.
