Ashcombe is pleased to announce that it has advised Equinoxe Solutions on its sale to Foodbuy (part of Compass Group UK & Ireland).

Founded in 2008, Equinoxe offers businesses within the catering industry tailored solutions across all areas of procurement, supply chain services, systems management and facilities management. This helps optimise price, quality and service, and enables businesses to remain fully compliant, offering a safe place of work for both staff and customers.

Foodbuy is a leading food procurement company with over £1bn of managed spend. Part of the UK’s largest food and support services business Compass Group UK & Ireland, Foodbuy offers procurement solutions to companies across a range of industries including hospitality, restaurants, hotels, care homes and education establishments.
